I’m going to try and post my food intake daily since MFP has dropped the ball and capped the amount of friends I can have.
Breakfast (8:30 am)
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon brown Splenda
Snack 1 (11:00)
- coconut chocolate chip cliff bar
Snack 2 (12:30)
- iced grande sugar free hazelnut soy latte
Lunch (2:00)
- large green apple
- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 3 table spoons hummus
Snack 3 (3:30)
- whole wheat bread (2 slices)
- ½ banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Nap time 4-6
Workout: teaching Zumba 45min
Dinner 11:30 (I don’t know why I waited to eat!)
- peanut butter and toast
- olives (while waiting for my toast to cook)
Total:

Fat: 69
Carbs: 267
Protein: 57 (that’s too low for me)
Sugar: 91
My protein was low because nap time took away my time to eat before class and I was just too tired today to make anything other than toast.
